The Government will reduce the cost of medication for diabetes patients by 50% as one of the ways of dealing with the rising numbers in the country. According to the Principal Secretary for Medical Services Dr Ouma Oluga, the high cost of treating diabetes is one of the major challenges currently facing patients.
