‘Govt cannot end corruption and mismanagement in SACCO’s alone’ – CS Oparanya

The government is committed to deepening the ability of savings and cooperative societies to offer loans to Kenyans. This is according to cooperatives cabinet secretary Wycliffe Oparanya, who noted that the SACCO industry has continued to grow, despite operating under difficult economic conditions, policy and market limitations.
