According to Public Health Principal Secretary Mary Muthoni they are engaging development partners to meet the budgetary requirements to attain its goal to distribute 15 million Insecticide-Treated Nets to over 27 million residents of 22 counties by the end of June 2025. The PS Say the move is part of the governments elaborate plans to ease the malaria burden with the country currently registering 3.2 million cases and 11 thousand deaths annually.
