Groups call for an audit of last year's general election

The audit of the 2022 general election dominated the National Dialogue Committee talks meant to end the country’s political stalemate at the Bomas of Kenya. both the inter-religious groups and political parties liaison committee have called for an audit of last year’s election in a bid to ascertain what exactly transpired. The Sabaot community also put forth their case in an emotional presentation as they sought for the creation of their own county claiming marginalization and discrimination over the years.
