The county government of Nairobi has defended the Dishi na county school hot lunch programme despite all the controversies surrounding it. Speaking at Olympic primary school in Kibra constituency county executive committee member Health, Sussanne Silantoi says the programme launched on last month was on cause and that plans were underway for the launch of phase 2.
