Health Cabinet Secretary Susan Nakhumicha has urged medical doctors to remain patient as the ministry resolves the delayed posting of interns. Nakhumicha said discussions with union officials are ongoing to resolve the matter, a day after the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union issued a seven-day strike notice to demand the interns absorption.
