The hearing of a criminal case facing former provincial commissioner Nathan Chelogoi in a 1.3 billion shillings land suit has been postponed. This is after the prosecution produced new material evidence that was not given to the defense counsels during the pre-trial. The court directed that the case be heard on 29th May 2024.
