The high court has suspended the communications authority of Kenya's decision to censure six tv stations for covering Monday’s Azimo demos. the court cited a suit filed by the law society of kenya (LSK), the Katiba Institute, and journalists' unions, seeking to stop the authority from enforcing its decision to censure six tv stations -K24, Ntv, Citizen, KBC, tv47 and Ebru Africa for violating the programming code during the coverage of opposition demos on Monday.
