High Court halts establishment of US-backed Ebola quarantine facility

The High Court has temporarily stopped the setting up of an Ebola quarantine facility by the US in Kenya. The orders have been issued in response to a petition filed by the Katiba Institute in which the Attorney General and Cabinet Secretary for Health are respondents.
