Houses in Buxton project handed over to 584 owners

    Unit owners are required to plant trees at their units to mark the beginning of their new journey of owning a home. Speaking at the new look Buxton Point estate, Mombasa governor Abdulswamad Sharrif Nassir and the private developer Suleiman Shabal say the project will go a long way in easing the housing deficit and support the construction of 200,000 housing units annually despite the challenges it has been facing. Mombasa governor says the county government will help 179 County staff who were living at Buxton get a tenant purchase scheme. President William Ruto is expected to officially break ground for Phase 2 of the Buxton Point housing project in Mombasa in two weeks. Phase 2 of the Buxton Point will have 1,300 units that are currently on sale.
