Former Tana River governor Hussein Dado has moved to court to challenge the victory of Tana River Governor Major Rtd Dhadho Godhana. Cecil Miller who represented the Petitioner Hussein Dado, told Justice Margaret Mwangi that the exercise was marred with electoral malpractices revealing that some ballot boxes were reopened at the tallying center.
