Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja has denied allegations that his administration has transferred some of the County government functions, including garbage collection and road construction, to the national government. In his address to the County Assembly, Sakaja said the County Government has instead collaborated with the national government to improve service delivery in select sectors.
