Kenyan police officers in the Multinational Security Support mission in Haiti are reportedly in dire straits, as delayed salaries and growing frustration with leadership in the national police service continue to plague their mission. Although the inspector general of police denies the claims saying the government has disbursed their pay, sources in Haiti are flatly denying that any payments have been received.
