NTV imebaini kuwa uzembe wa maafisa wa kudhibiti ubora mashuleni katika wizara ya elimu na utepetevu wa mmiliki wa shule ya Hillside Endarasha, kwa miaka mingi umekuwa ukihatarisha maisha ya wanafunzi shuleni humo. Inashangaza kuwa shule hiyo haina ua imara katika pande zote nne kama inavyopaswa, ila kuna ua kwenye pande tatu tu, huku uzio wa upande wa nne ukiwa na mapengo yanayoweza kutumiwa na yeyote kuingia na kuwadhuru wanafunzi. Haya yanajiri wakati ambapo idara ya upelelezi D.C.I inawahoji walimu na wafanyakazi wengine wa shule hiyo kubaini kiini.
