Interior and National Administration CS Kipchumba Murkomen has defended President William Ruto over his recent remarks on abductions saying he was misunderstood. Murkomen says the president’s promise to end abductions did not mean the government was responsible for the vice. The president made the remarks during a joint press briefing with his Finnish Counterpart President Alexander Stubb. Giverson Maina now reports.
