    Residents of Kajiado are banking on science to spearhead the eradication of an invasive plant known as Ipomea, which has colonized grazing fields, jeopardising the county’s food security. An estimated 1 million livestock are in danger of lack of pasture, as the weed has taken over three sub counties with scientists warning of a potential spill over across the country.
