Villagers in Jepkoyai Hamisi sub-county Vihiga County have taken a bold step by naming and shaming suspected cattle thieves, alcohol and Bang sellers in a public Barasa. This as they called on the police to act and apprehend the suspects. The move follows a spate of criminal activities in the village that included attacks on chiefs and village elders who tried to fight alcohol and bang menace in the area.
