Joint committee wants an action plan within 48 hours on Nairobi floods response

The committee on the implementation of the Cooperation agreement between Nairobi County and the national government has ordered the preparation of a 48-hour action plan to mitigate the worsening crisis, in a bid to address the flooding situation in and around the City of Nairobi.
