Speaking during a roundtable meeting with partners the Chief Justice Martha Koome called upon partners to help establish subordinate courts within each constituency and a High Court station in each county to enable easy access to justice. Koome says they are working to establish 100 fully established Small Claims Courts in the country within the next 5 years.
