The High Court sitting in Kiambu has directed 15 police officers of the now disbanded Special Services Unit accused of killing two Indian nationals and a Kenyan taxi driver in 2022 to remain in custody until March 20th this year. This as a Kiambu Chief Magistrate Court has plucked off Contempt of Court charge in Juja Legislator George Koimburi’s Charges. The Court is set to give its ruling on the bail application on Tuesday 25th February. Ruth Wamboi with details of the drama that ensured outside Kiambu Law Courts as the MP left the court.
