Justus Kipng'etich from Nakuru County is the epitome of hope. After several failed attempts to join the national police service, Kipng'etich will not give up. He finally decided to try a different approach to gain the attention of the powers that be. Kipng'etich designed a unique piece of art, in the hope that the inspector general of police Japheth Koome would see it and grant him an appointment.
