Speaking during the funeral of Teresina Livondo, mother to businessman Stanley Livondo, in Ikolomani constituency, area Mp Bernard Shinali said that gachagua had lost direction and respect for both himself and the country. Shinali, alongside Kakamega county woman representative Elsie Muhanda, urged leaders to uphold national dignity. They also lauded president William Ruto’s administration for compensating victims of recent protests, including those associated with the gen-z movement, terming it a gesture of reconciliation and commitment to national unity.
