Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, has faulted the government for its slow response to meteorological department warnings of heavy rainfall in the country. Kalonzo has decried the government's inability to give clear guidelines on human evacuations in affected areas, in what he terms as duplication of efforts by leaders in the country.
