The Kenya Airline pilots Association now says that the ongoing strike will continue until their collective bargaining agreement is implemented. Pilots insist that it's in bad taste for Kenya Airways to advertise their positions as vacant, instead of calling for dialogue. The strike has seen over 10,000 passengers affected in the process, a matter that the office of the ombudsman has written to both parties at play, to seek alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
