Kenya National Highway Authority has kicked off an initiative of greening Road infrastructure across the country. Led by KENHA Board Chair Winfrida Ngumi, the authority has planted over 30000 trees along the Kitengela Corridor. Ngumi says Kenha is targeting to plant a total of 4milion trees across the country by the end of the year which is in line with the president's directive of planting 15 billion trees in ten years. This even as she called upon Kenyans to come out in large numbers and participate in the exercise that will in turn make a huge difference to our environment.
