In a tournament packed with seasoned contenders, the Kenyan debutants are proving they belong among the elite. After dropping the first set, Kenya regrouped and stunned European giants Spain with a resounding 7–1 comeback in the second. The team then went on to beat Tunia 2-0 in sets of 8–5 and 8–2.
