The Kenya Bureau of Standards has urged businesses to use conscience in their decision making to ensure that the products they put out are perfectly fit for human consumption .While marking the World Quality Day KEBS Managing Director Lt Col Bernard Njiraini said the manufacture of quality goods is an imperative with the standards body chief stating that they will keep a close watch on the quality of products manufactered in the country . He added that Quality management is not only about designing and improving the quality of product and service, but also about the methods organisations employ to deliver them to customers and stakeholders across their value stream.
