African nations have been challenged to unite and confront climate change in the wake of a deepening environmental crisis. Environment Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya says there is need for countries to collaborate and take action to avert environmental degradation for the future of the continent. This comes as Kenya prepares to host the Africa climate summit in September. The government of Denmark has released one million dollars towards preparations for the week-long summit. More than 10,000 delegates are expected to attend.
