Kenya Police Bullets have once again stamped their authority on women’s football, clinching their third consecutive Kenya Women Premier League title, all in just their third season in the top flight.
The newly crowned champions wrapped up their dominant campaign with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Madira Soccer Assassins, finishing the season on 52 points. At the other end of the table, Kisumu All Starlets, Kisped Queens and Gideon Starlets from Othoro have all been relegated after a difficult season. With the league now done and dusted, Police Bullets will now shift focus to the CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers as they prepare to fly Kenya’s flag on the regional stage.
