Preparations at the historic Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi ahead of the 61st celebrations of Jamhuri Day are almost complete. Nairobi Regional Commissioner Katee Mwanza while welcoming Kenyans to turn up in large numbers for the celebrations emphasized that all security measures have been put in place in residential areas, commercial buildings and roads for those attending the celebrations and those moving around in the city.
