Kenyans will have to wait much longer to access cheaper gas, as President William Ruto walked back his pledge to have reduced cooking gas prices by next month. In a joint media interview on Sunday, the president not only pushed back the commencement date for easier access to the commodity but also clarified that the price changes would affect the gas cylinders, and not the gas itself.
