Kiambu elders solemnly re-planted Mugumo tree in Karimenu

Kikuyu Elders from Kiambu county solemnly Re-planted a 50 - year old Mugumo tree which was cut down during the construction of the Karemenu dam. The sacred ceremony of the Watersheds Restoration Project at the Karemenu Dam was witnessed by residents of Fuchana area in Kanyoni Location, in Gatundu North, Kiambu county.
