Kenyatta National Hospital employees under the Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Allied Workers union have threatened to go on strike on the 20th of this month. The employees under the UNION want the ministry of labour to sign a Collective Bargaining Agreement for the year 2021-2025.According to the Union Secretary General Albert Njeru, negotiations with the ministry of labour and that of health are set for next Monday. The Union has maintained that if the Collective Bargaining Agreement will not have been signed by the 17th of this month, then they will be forced to down their tools.
