Raia walioondoka Korea Kaskazini na kuhamia Kusini wamekuwa wakitegemea "mawakala" kutuma pesa nyumbani kwa familia zao.
Lakini sasa kutokana na kuongezeka kwa ukandamizaji kutoka Kaskazini na Kusini, kutuma pesa kutoka kusini hadi kaskazini limekuwa ni jambo la hatari kubwa kwani hutumia njia isiyo halali kisheria ya kuhamisha fedha.
