Thirdway Alliance Party Leader Ekuru Aukot has filed a New lawsuit seeking to prevent the Government from deploying Kenyan Police to violence-plagued Haiti as part of a UN-backed mission. The Petition filed under a certificate of Urgency is also seeking to have president William Ruto declared Unfit to hold office for disobeying court orders that had blocked the deployment of Kenyan Security Officers to the Carribean Nation.
