Departed KDF boss General Francis Ogolla has been buried at his Ng’iya home in Siaya with full military honours with President William Ruto leading top dignitaries. General Ogolla was buried without a coffin, with only a piece of cloth covering his body by his wish. Leaders from Nyanza, led by Siaya governor James Orengo and senator Oburu Odinga however called for thorough investigations into the cause of Ogolla's chopper crash in a bid to end any speculations regarding his death.
