Legendary broadcaster Catherine Kasavuli's Profile

Catherine Kasavuli was born in Nairobi West on the 22nd of February 1962. She hails from Vihiga County. Kasavuli started her media career in 1980 as a radio continuity announcer at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, then Voice of Kenya. She studied at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication and was among the pioneer female TV broadcasters in the Country.
