A Team of lawyers in the former Ex-Mungiki leader Maina Njenga case have challenged the charge sheet presented in court to incriminate Njenga and 11 others. through a series of questions to state witness Eric Wainanina, lawyer Ndegwa Njiru sought to prove that the exhibits presented in court do not hold water to incriminate the accused. Njenga’s case is set to be heard for the next two days at the Nakuru law courts.
