A Nyahururu court has fined Benard Waiguru Mwangi Ksh 50 million or a 30-year jail term for trafficking 1,422 kg of bhang valued at Ksh 41 million. Mwangi was convicted under the Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Amendment Act of 2022.
