Man on the run after killing his two children

Police in Muranga have launched a manhunt for a middle aged man who allegedly killed his two children aged seven and three. The man is said to have hacked the children to death after a domestic quarrel with the wife. Residents of Mugwanyoni, in Kiharu say the man had in recent days turned violent and had attacked his father last week demanding to be given a share of his inheritance. The residents now want the police to apprehend the man who has gone into hiding and prosecute him for the double murder.
