Mandera County has launched the 450 million shillings Elimu Kwa Wote Bursary Fund for the financial year 2025/2026. Mandera County Government has intensified its investment in education, disbursing a total of 1.702 billion shillings in bursaries over the past four financial years, benefiting more than 120,000 learners across secondary schools, universities, and colleges.
