Maraga slams confused fee policy as students cheer cut

Former Chief Justice David Maraga has criticised the government over what he termed as confusion in handling higher education policy. Speaking in Meru, Maraga questioned the logic behind increasing university fees only to cut them shortly after, saying the government should have conducted a feasibility study before making such drastic changes.
