Wasimamizi wa kampuni hiyo waliofika mbele ya kamati ya seneti kuhusu uwiano na uwakilishi sawa walikuwa na wakati mgumu kueleza ni kwa nini asilimia 40 ya wafanyakazi katika kampuni hiyo ni watu wa jamii mbili za humu nchini. Mkurugenzi mkuu wa Kenya Power Mhandisi Joseph Siror alisema tayari kuna mpango ya kubadili hali hiyo.
