Wameeleza kuwa wanawake, watoto na watu wenye ulemavu ndiyo waathirika wakubwa wa mgogoro huu. Mawaziri hao wametoa wito kwa pande zote zinazohusika katika mgogoro wa DRC kuheshimu sheria za kimataifa, kulinda wanadiplomasia na kuhakikisha misaada ya kibinadamu inawafikia wahitaji.
