    Rally driver Maxine Wahome has been acquitted of the murder of her late boyfriend, Assad Khan, after the High Court found that the prosecution failed to establish a case against her. Delivering the ruling on Tuesday, Justice Lilian Mutende said the prosecution's evidence fell short of the legal threshold required to sustain a conviction.
