Meat joint closed over urine contaminated soup

Public health officers have shut down a Meat eatery in Gwa-King’u trading centre, Nyandarua County after a woman operating one of the eateries caught on camera for allegedly adulterating soup with urine. The incident has impacted on other meat and hotel traders in the small town. The traders reported a huge customer drop after emergence of the video that went viral. The traders said the case involving the woman was an isolated one. They are now calling for calm and promised to restore customer confidence to save the eatery businesses.
