Mental health remains a silent killer in our society but for one twenty eight year old Quinter Naliaka, it was a trigger for her to start a mental health foundation to help those vulnerable in the community. Hers is a story of resilience as she beat the odds to stand out and encourages those going through difficult mental issues to speak out and get the help they need.
