Migori sugarcane farmers demand payment of KSh270 million arrears

A section of sugarcane farmers from Migori County have called on the president to intervene and expedite the disbursement of 270 million shillings arrears owed to farmers, and honor the pledge made before the leasing of the government owned sugar mills.
