Colonel Retired Joseph Gichui King’ori was a United Nations military observer who was present when a key town in Bosnia, Srebrenica, was captured by Bosnian Serb forces in July of 1995. Col King’ori also testified in the trial of Ratko Mladic, a Bosnian Serb former military officer who was later found guilty of crimes against humanity and sentenced to life imprisonment.
