Ministries' performance to be closely monitored in the next 3 years

Government agencies and parastatals with poor performance records will now face sanctions. This is according to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Performance and Delivery Management, Eliud Owalo, who emphasized that the move is essential for enhancing accountability across all government institutions. He made these remarks during the ratification of the Ministry of Agriculture's performance contract, during which it was noted that one of the key achievements has been the reduction of fertilizer prices over the past two years.
